Smart Apartment: Startup Stratis IoT Acquired by RealPage

The global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, RealPage, Inc. announced the acquisition of Stratis IoT The startup connects smart apartment systems and devices into a single resident app. Stratis IoT has integrated over 100 of the largest providers of smart apartment devices and systems with a single sign-on and one resident app.

Stratis IoT is one of the largest integrators of smart devices and systems for multifamily and student apartment buildings. They are providing services in over 380,000 units across the U.S., Japan, the UK, EU, and Latin America.
